We feel it is very important to offer our guests only organic vegetables and free range chicken. Our chefs go to great lengths to provide you with ingredients that are locally sourced whenever possible and have built up a close relationship with farmers in Iceland to be able to choose the best ingredients as possible.

Our sprouts come from Ecospíra. They specalize in making sprouts from seeds and beans.
No chemicals are used in the production of the sprouts.
Out tasty lobster comes from Merlo that offers first class seafood.
From Eimverk Distillery we get the magic ingredients we need to make the most tasty sauces with our main courses. They produce wines and liquer from blueberries, rhubard and black currant that grows wild out in the Icelandic nature.
Our fish comes directly from Hafið. The freshest of the fresh.
